TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

Please provide clear references. Provide as many as you like, for characters, clothing, poses, ect - never such a thing as too many visual aids or notes.I reserve the right to decline any inquiry.

PAYMENT

I will not begin work on your commission until I receive payment in full. After I accept your inquiry, I will send you a follow up email and invoice via PayPal. Surcharges may be added by my discretion, but will be a part of discussion during your initial inquiry.I do not accept other forms of payment.All commissions are non-refundable.

PROCESS & USE

I will provide you with updates as I work on your commission - A rough sketch, linework, and a final piece. At different stages, you may request revisions/edits.In the rough sketch stage, you may request up to 2 full revisions at no extra charge, in addition to as many changes/adjustments as you like.In the linework stage, you may request up to 2 minor edits at no extra charge.In the final piece, you may request 1 minor edit at no extra charge.Any extra revisions/changes will be subject to a $10-50 surcharge, depending on the level of complication. These surcharges will be on a separate invoice.Please allow 2-4 weeks for a completed piece - I work a full time day job. If you have a deadline, please be upfront and let me know at what time you need it done. I may refuse deadlines that simply are not realistic given my schedule.You may not use your completed commission for profit or AI generation of any kind.Please let me know if you’d like me to refrain from posting your finished piece on social media.

WILL NOT DRAW

I will refuse any commission inquiries requesting the following subject matter:Minors in sexual situations, incest, scat, non-con/rape, hateful speech/subject matter.If you are unsure if I will accept an inquiry what you have in mind, feel free to reach out on any social media and ask me directly.
